  • If you receive a CD from us that is genuinely defective, you may return it for a replacement. We can not give refunds, only replacements copies of the same material. Because of copyright laws and recorded products are sealed at the factory, we regret that we cannot take back a recording and send you a different one. Like all our merchandise, any unused CD maybe returned for credit, substitution, or full refund (less shipping charges). They must be sealed in their original shrink wrap, packed properly and sent back to us within fifteen (15) working days of your having received them. All other merchandise is 100% guaranteed and may be returned unused for full refund (less shipping charges), or exchange within fifteen (15) days of receiving them packed properly in the original packaging.
